Born in York, PA, but spent most of his childhood in Norfolk, VA and Wildwood, FL. Tim Sweeney Jr., President and CEO of Premier Business Development Group, attended the University of South Florida for computer engineering. Coming from a sports background, Tim uses the values he learned as a student-athlete to perfect his business methods. Practicing great habits over and over again, will ultimately turn into great results.
After falling short of his goal of graduating college, Tim spent the next five years working from job to job to pay off college loans. Confused about his purpose in life, Tim always had an entrepreneur mind state with BIG dreams. Without a professional sports contract, it was difficult to visualize how those BIG dreams would come true. Well that all changed in 2012, when Tim took a direct marketing position in Tampa, FL. He rapidly completed his management training in just a year and a half, and was granted a branch management position in Long Island, NY in December of 2013.
Recently moving back to his childhood area, Tim is dedicated to giving back to the community he was raised in. Everyday he is contributing to give the same opportunity he was given back in 2012. Helping others hit their career goals and forming a business partnership with them, will hopefully make them beneficial by creating more expansion. Tim is determined to achieve his goal of opening many offices in the near future.
My goals are to motivate and empower others to hit their career goals. I want to be the heartbeat of the business by being the best recruiter and the best administrator in the world.
I’m excited to help Premier Business Development expand and increase their market share in Florida as well as nationwide. Personally, I want to become financially free so I can be able to travel as much as I want, whenever I want, with my beautiful daughter and my amazing family.
Cheyann Dietzel is our Human Resources Manager. She joined our company back in December of 2016, coming from 10+ years in management, training, recruiting, customer service, and teaching. She got her associates degree in teaching and was also previously working as a store manager of a major clothing retail store. She took a chance with Premier Global, because she strives for growth and opportunity, and has excelled. She started off in the field, working with our clients and customers, and eventually began working more in the inner office side of things as our Human Resources Manager and Recruiter.
Cheyann’s goals are to help Premier grow in size and eventually expand out opening up multiple offices across different cities nationwide. She prides herself on doing the best she can and helping others in any way necessary.

Coming from 5+ years of management and training, Tim Phillips joined Premier Global back in March of 2018. Born and raised in Inverness, FL, Tim excelled as a student-athlete in high school and had future plans of becoming a college athlete. After falling short of his athletic goals due to frequent injuries, Tim was confused in his future plans and chose to study business management at the College of Central Florida.
Shortly after leaving college, Tim bounced from job to job looking for steady pay and something he loved. Keeping his goals high, Tim decided to pursue his career in Marketing and Management and took his position with Premier Global.
Using the quality of training he was taught through athletics and management, Tim was quickly promoted and took on a position as one of our corporate trainers and hasn't looked back! Every day Tim uses his sports background to captain his team and ultimately build a prosperous group of individuals looking to pursue their career goals. Born in Waterloo Iowa, Mike spent most of his life in the foster care system so he was never in one place very long. He found it very hard to be able to build strong friendships with having to move so much throughout his life. He took interest in sports; basketball, baseball, track, and football and found that was the one thing that he could take with him everywhere he went. He graduated Highschool from Northwood-Kensett in 2013 and attended the University of Northern Iowa for a major in psychology and sociology.
Michael was offered a part-time job at a car dealership and realized that he could make more money doing that and staying out of college debt so he took it on full-time and from there he's done all different types of sales. Michael felt that the hours of work with the dealership started taking away time from the things that he enjoyed doing. So he started working for U.S. Cellular and loved working in a retail environment and being able to socialize with customers and help them save money and help change the way they live their day to day lives with electronics.
He eventually decided he needed a change of scenery and wanted a fresh, new start, so June 15th of 2018 he moved to Florida for something different in the hopes of running his own business.
Michael looks forward to being able to help those in need that are in the foster care system, the ones that think they are stuck and can't go anywhere because of the cards they have been handed in life, and he wants to show them that there is a way out and he wants to give back to those who have helped me get to where he is today.
Jay Patel was born in Chicago, IL in 1999. He grew up in a small town with big dreams! He lived right near a basketball court which soon became his main hobby and passion. Since his family's business was going down, he and his parents moved to New Jersey and from there Jay attended Bricktown middle school where basketball became his main focus in life. Since bad crime had troubled the area they moved to, Jay and his family picked up once again and moved to Ocala with hopes of a better future and of course, starting up their family business once again.
During high school, he worked at his parents business and graduated with 3.0 GPA, which led him to apply to Central Florida College for Business Management. He was motivated to get an education and a good career and to just make the most of his future. Jay then, by luck of the draw, saw an ad on Facebook about Premier Global, he gave it his best shot and got the job offer! Since joining the Premier Global team, Jay has learned so much about business and management all while having fun at the same time.
After crushing his sales in the retail environment for 2-3 weeks in a row and putting in a full effort every day, Jay got promoted to Corporate Trainer! Now he is working as hard as he can to get to where he wants to be, which is to eventually open up his own office and become what he has always dreamed of!
